Client: Sega
During my last years at Sega I was head of motion capture. We effectively used our motion capture studio to capture athletes from the Queensland Institute of Sport and place the data into the game and cinematics.
We used a motion capture studio with 20 plus Vicon cameras. That data was cleaned and edited in Motionbuilder and sent to the art team.
The pitch was successful and Sega Australia won the rights to make the game for the 2012 London Olympics.
