Game Animation

Client: Sega

A small selection of my 3D animation for Sega. I was senior animator for Sega and was responsible for thousands of animations and the creation of pipelines to get animations into our game engine.

At Sega, we mainly used 3DS Max for rigging and non-human animation and Motionbuilder for our human character animation. I was responsible for in-game and cinematic animations and helping the animation team get their work into the game.

While I was senior animator at Sega we enjoyed great success, especially with the ‘Total War’ series of games. My time at Sega ended with the credit crunch in 2011, which saw all the major games studios in Australia close or dramatically scale down.
